【Abstract】 Purpose Discussion the change of CD4 + cells in 60 bladder carcinoma patients by using compound matrine injection . Methods 60 bladder carsinoma patients，using compound matrine injection 30ml/d. One week before injection、three months after injection ,six months after injection, Determination the absolute count of CD4 + cells in the plasma of patients . Results There was no significant difference between three months after injection and before injection,（P>0.05）; and there was significant difference between six months after injection and before injection.（P<0.05）。 Conculsion Compound matrine injection can increase the level of cd4+ cell in bladder carsinoma patients.
