白血病多药耐药相关基因临床研究新进展

摘要:

急性白血病(acute leukaemia,AL)的治疗始终不能取得满意效果,15%~30%的AL对化疗原发耐药,60%~80%的患者可以取得完全缓解(CR)但有可能复发而死于该疾病,多药耐药的发生是白血病患者复发的主要原因.
