Objective This project was designed to evaluate the potential of CD 3AK cells for immunogene therapy, and discussed the method of retrovirus vector transfer IL 2 gene into CD 3AK cells.Method Retrovirus vector PLIL?2SN bearing IL 2 gene was transferred into human CD 3AK cells. Results 347?bp special Neo R gene was amplified by RT PCR, and 3.276?μg·L -1 of IL 2 was detected in cultural supernatants. Conclusion IL 2 gene transduced CD 3AK cells were obtained, which will be helpful in studying the function of transducted CD 3AK cells and its use in immunogene therapy.
