P-gp和p53蛋白在大肠癌细胞中的表达及其临床意义

摘要:

目的:探讨大肠癌细胞中P-糖蛋白(P-gp)和p53蛋白的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:采用SP免疫组织化学法对64例大肠癌标本进行检测。结果:64例中有44例大肠癌标本的P-gp和p53蛋白表达一致,二者的表达有相关性;其中19例二者均为阳性表达,25例均为阴性表达,并且P-gp和p53蛋白在(Ⅲ加Ⅳ)组的阳性率显著高于(Ⅰ加Ⅱ)组。结论:大肠癌中P-gp和p53蛋白的表达密切相关,二者共同表达提示患者预后不良。

Objective  To investigate the expression of P  gp and p53 protein in colorectal carcinoma cells and their clinical significance.Methods  64 cases of colorectal carcinoma were examined by S  P immunohistochemical method.Results  The uniformity of P  gp and p53 protein expression was found in 44 patients.Co  expression of P  gp and p53 was more frequently observed in group(Ⅲ+Ⅳ) than in group(Ⅰ+Ⅱ).Conclusion  The expression of p53 protein is offen associated with P  gp expression in colorectal carcinoma,co  expression of P  gp and p53 results in more aggressive phenotype,drug resistance and poor prognosis.
