小鼠卵巢的高分辨显微CT观测

摘要:

目的:应用高分辨显微CT对小鼠的卵巢进行形态学观察,建立卵巢的3D模型,探讨高分辨显微CT在卵巢影像学上的应用. 方法:颈椎脱臼处死小鼠,取出其两个卵巢,固定后染色,然后进行高分辨显微CT扫描,建模重构获得卵巢的3D模型.结果:获得了空间视觉良好的3D模型,卵泡结构清晰,卵巢模型整体立体透视良好,可以沿着任意轴进行旋转,得到所需目标图像.结论:应用高分辨显微CT对小鼠卵巢进行无损成像,可以同时获得标本的外部形貌和内部细节特征,图像分辨率高,建模重构所获3D模型空间视觉较好.高分辨显微CT的样本制作过程简单,操作方便,仪器所占用空间较小,具有十分良好的发展前景.

Objective: To get the 3Dimensional imaging model of ovarian using the high resolution microscopy CT equipment, and research the nondestructive imaging of mice ovarian and investigate the application of high resolution microscopy CT in morphology of ovarian. Methods: The mice were executed to harvest the ovarian. The ovarian was fixed and stained before scanning by high resolution microscopy CT. Reconstruction by software, we obtained a 3D model of ovarian. Results: The 3D model of ovarian and follicle was clear,which was excellent for look through,and it was free to revolve in any axial direction. Conclusions: By using high resolution microscopy CT equipment to research the nondestructive 3Dimensional imaging of ovarian, the outside structures and internal details of the ovarian can be observed at the same time.3D structure model is good for looking through.Using high resolution microscopy CT equipment is easy to operate and also can save a lot of samples, and the images have high resolution ratio.High resolution microscopy CT has good prospects for development.
