原子力显微镜在生命科学领域研究中的应用进展

摘要:

在微纳尺度上对细胞及相关的生物学过程进行观察是近年来的热点。原子力显微镜(AFM)以其纳米级别的分辨率、超高的灵敏度以及对各种工作环境良好的兼容性而被广泛应用于生命科学领域。作者介绍AFM在细胞性质、细胞或生物大分子间相互作用以及观察动态生物过程等方面的研究进展,归纳传统AFM存在的主要问题以及近年来针对这些问题作出的改进。
