随着男科学的不断发展,在勃起功能障碍的诊断和治疗过程中,各种仪器和设备起了重要的作用。目前临床常见的诊疗设备种类较多,有阴茎勃起基本参数的测量仪、心理评估仪、阴茎血流动力学检测设备、阴茎勃起硬度定量与分析系统、夜间阴茎勃起测定仪、神经传导检测设备;勃起功能障碍治疗设备有真空助勃仪、低频电刺激仪。目前男科疾病的诊疗设备处于起步阶段,为其他诊疗手段的辅助工具。作者对勃起功能障碍的物理诊断治疗设备作一综述。
