化学污染物累积暴露风险评估研究现状及发展趋势

摘要:

实际生活中,人们每天都在低水平多途径地暴露于多种天然或合成的化学物中。多种化学物暴露是否会通过各种毒理学交互作用对人类健康产生意想不到的危害,成为过去20年科学家和管理者越来越关注的问题。现行化学物健康风险评估的基础框架对化学物暴露“可接受水平”的确定具有重要意义,但该模式常局限于单种物质的单一途径暴露。国际上广泛发起了探索多种化学物混合效应评价方法的倡议,并推荐将生理毒物动力学模型引入化学物累积风险评估研究。作者就化学污染物累积暴露风险评估研究现状及发展趋势作一综述。
