Cav-1在肝癌组织的表达及其意义

摘要:

目的:探讨小窝蛋白-1(Cav-1)在肝癌(HCC)细胞及间质中的表达及意义。方法:采用组织微阵列及免疫组织化学法检测100例肝癌及癌旁组织Cav-1的表达,并分析其表达程度与病理参数的相关性。结果:Cav-1在肝癌细胞的高表达率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);而且与微血管的侵袭、癌栓的形成、周围脏器的直接侵袭、是否伴有肝硬化显著正相关。Cav-1在肝癌间质的高表达率显著低于癌旁间质(P<0.05),而且与肿瘤的大小、卫星结节的形成、微血管的侵犯、癌栓的形成、周围脏器的直接侵袭显著正相关。结论:在肝癌组织中,Cav-1的高表达率在肝癌细胞上调,而在肝癌间质下调;Cav-1在肝癌细胞及肝癌间质的表达变化与肝癌的侵袭性有关。

Objective: To investigate the expression of Caveolin-1 in HCC and its connotation. Methods: Using tissue microarray and immune histochemical method to detect the expression of Cav-1 in 100 cases HCC and tissue adjacent to carcinoma and analyze the correlation of the expression and the pathological parameters. Results: The high expression rate of Cav-1 in HCC was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues(P<0.05); and was significantly positively related with microvascular invasion, the formation of tumor emboli, direct invasion of adjacent organs and liver cirrhosis. The high expression rate of Cav-1 in HCC mesenchyme was significantly lower than that in the adjacent liver mesenchyme(P<0.05), and was significantly positively related with the tumor size, satellite nodules, microvascular invasion, the formation of tumor emboli, and direct invasion of adjacent organs. Conclusion: The expression of Cav-1 in HCC cells was increased, and was decreased in the HCC mesenchyme, the changes of the expression of Cav-1 in HCC cells and mesenchymal was associated with the invasive ability of HCC.
