早期血乳酸清除率对感染性休克预后的影响

摘要:

目的:探讨早期血乳酸清除率对感染性休克预后的影响。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月至2016年6月47例在我院治疗的感染性休克患者的临床资料,分成存活组和死亡组,收集患者入院时及治疗6 h后动脉血乳酸值,计算患者治疗6 h后乳酸清除率。根据乳酸清除率将患者分为高乳酸清除率组(6 h乳酸清除率≥ 10%)和低乳酸清除率组(6 h乳酸清除率<10%),比较两组的预后。结果:血乳酸清除率存活组明显高于死亡组(P<0.05);死亡率高乳酸清除率组显著低于低乳酸清除率组(P<0.01)。结论:早期血乳酸清除率能有效评估感染性休克患者的预后。

Objective:To investigate the effect of early blood lactate clearance rate on the prognosis of septic shock. Methods:Forty-seven patients with septic shock who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2016 were enrolled in this respective study. The patients were divided into survival group and death group.Blood lactate levels were detected at admission and after 6 h of treatment.Lactic acid clearance rate was calculated after 6 h of treatment. According to the lactic acid clearance rate, the patients' were divided into high lactic acid clearance group (lactic acid clearance ≥ 10% after 6 h of treatment) and low lactic acid clearance group (lactic acid clearance<10% after 6 h of treatment). The prognosis was compared between the two groups. Results:The lactic acid clearance of survival group was significantly higher than the death group. The mortality of high lactic acid clearance rate group was significantly lower than the low lactic acid clearance rate group. Conclusion:Early blood lactate clearance rate can effectively evaluate the prognosis of septic shock.
