尼群洛尔对社区轻中度高血压患者血生化及血常规的影响

摘要：

目的：观察长期口服尼群洛尔对原发性轻中度高血压患者血生化、血常规的影响，以评估尼群洛尔治疗原发性高血压的安全性。方法：对江苏省海安县6个村、东海县4个村的18~70周岁的人群开展高血压筛查，入选350例高血压患者并服用复方尼群洛尔片治疗6个月，最后对341名资料完整的患者分析其血压、血生化、血常规的变化。结果：治疗6个月后，高血压患者血压控制率90.91%；肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶异常率降低，尿酸异常人数增加；空腹血糖均值降低（P<0.05）；男女患者血小板降低（P<0.05），女性血红蛋白升高、男性血红蛋白下降（P<0.05）。结论：复方尼群洛尔片可降低高血压患者空腹血糖、血小板水平，对血红蛋白的影响还需作进一步研究。

Objective:To observe the effect of nitrendipine/atenolol combination tablets (abbreviation as Nile) on blood biochemistry index and blood routine in patients with mild-to-moderate essential hypertension, and to evaluate the safety of Nile in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods:Six villages and 4 villages were selected from Haian and Donghai County respectively for the screening of hypertension patients from 18~70 years old population. At last, 350 essential hypertension patients were recruited in this study, and the patients were treated with Nile for 6 months. At the end of the study, 341 patients had complete data. The variations of blood pressure, blood biochemistry index and blood routine before and after 6 month treatment were analyzed. Results:After 6 months of treatment, the rate of blood pressure control was 90.91%; Creatinine, ALT and AST abnormal rate decreased, the number of abnormal uric acid increased, but there were no significant changes in the mean;fasting blood glucose decreased(P<0.05); thrombocytopenia were found in male and female patients(P<0.05); the level of hemoglobin increased in female and decreased in male patients(P<0.05); and the total hemoglobin change was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Compound Nitrendipine and Atenolol Tablets can reduce fasting blood glucose and platelet level in hypertensive patients,and the effect on hemoglobin need to be further studied.
