增生性瘢痕治疗的研究进展

摘要:

增生性瘢痕是指皮肤烧伤或创伤后等真皮网状层的损伤,导致组织过度修复,细胞外基质异常沉积所导致的一种病理性瘢痕。临床表现多有局部变硬增厚,表面紫红或潮红,并伴有不同程度的瘙痒,早期易形成水泡,导致瘢痕溃疡。此外,还致使外观受损,甚至严重的机体功能受限。因此,增生性瘢痕的防治尤为重要。目前,主要的防治手段分为手术治疗和非手术治疗,临床上压力疗法、激光辅助皮质类固醇激素注射疗法以及有机硅凝胶疗法较为常用,近期一些新兴的替代疗法也日渐受到重视。
