丝裂原活化蛋白激酶参与调控克罗恩病肠纤维化的研究进展

摘要:

肠壁纤维化是克罗恩病(CD)的常见并发症,其持续发展会导致肠梗阻等严重并发症。目前CD肠壁纤维化的研究是相关领域的研究热点。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)参与器官纤维化的发生发展已被很多实验证实。作者对MAPK通过介导肿瘤坏死因子、Rho激酶、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ等信号通路参与CD肠纤维化的研究进展进行综述。
