青年结直肠癌的研究进展

摘要:

在全球范围内,特别是在发达国家,青年结直肠癌的发病率在不断上升。目前发病率增长的原因尚不清楚,但是可能与更多地暴露于潜在的危险因素有关,如西方饮食、肥胖、缺乏运动和使用抗生素等。与老年结直肠癌相比,青年结直肠癌在诊断时直肠癌的比例更高,组织学特征更具侵袭性,分期更晚。作者回顾了基于人群的研究以及筛查指南,对青年结直肠癌的最新研究进展进行综述。
