子宫内膜癌组织NRP1、Talin1的表达及其临床意义

摘要:

目的:探究神经纤毛蛋白-1(NRP1)、踝蛋白1(Talin1)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年1月我院收治的子宫内膜癌患者156例,术中分别取其癌组织和癌旁组织。采用免疫组织化学法检测组织中NRP1、Talin1的表达,分析NRP1、Talin1表达与临床病理特征的关系。采用Kaplan-Meier法分析NRP1、Talin1表达与预后的关系,多因素Cox回归分析影响子宫内膜癌患者预后的危险因素。结果:癌组织中NRP1阳性率高于癌旁组织,Talin1阳性率低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。组织分化程度低、临床分期Ⅲ期的子宫内膜癌患者NRP1阳性率升高,Talin1阳性率降低(P<0.05);NRP1阳性者生存率低于阴性者(P<0.05);Talin1阴性者生存率低于阳性者(P<0.05)。Cox回归分析显示,NRP1高表达、Talin1低表达、低分化程度、临床分期Ⅲ期是影响子宫内膜癌预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜癌患者癌组织中NRP1表达上调、Talin1表达下调,均与组织分化程度、临床分期以及预后密切相关。

Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of neurociliarin-1(NRP1) and ankle protein-1(Talin1) in endometrial carcer. Methods: A total of 156 patients with endometrial cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were regarded, and their cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were collected during operation. The expression of NRP1 and Talin1 in the tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between the expression of NRP1 and Talin1 and the clinicopathological characteristics of the patients was analyzed. Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of NRP1 and Talin1 and the prognosis of patients. Multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors affecting the prognosis of endometrial cancer. Results: The positive rate of NRP1 in cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues, and the positive rate of Talin1 in cancer tissues was lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05). The positive rate of NRP1 was increased, and the positive rate of Talin1 was decreased in endometrial cancer patients with poorly differentiated tissue and clinical stage Ⅲ(P<0.05). The survival rate of NRP1 positive patients was lower than that of NRP1 negative patients(P<0.05). The survival rate of Talin1 negative patients was lower than that of Talin1 positive patients(P<0.05). Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that high expression of NRP1, low expression of Talin1, poor differentiation, and clinical stage Ⅲ were risk factors for the prognosis of endometrial cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of NRP1 is up-regulated and the expression of Talin1 is down-regulated in the cancer tissues of patients with endometrial cancer. The abnormal expression of both is closely related to the degree of tissue differentiation, clinical stage and prognosis of endometrial cancer.
