中老年人群静息心率与血脂异常的相关性研究

摘要:

目的:研究东海县中老年人群静息心率与血脂异常的相关性,为血脂异常的早期防治提供科学依据。方法:选取江苏省东海县2015—2023年35~75岁常住居民进行问卷调查、体格检查、生化检测。采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析静息心率与血脂异常的相关性。结果:血脂异常的患病率为28.1%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,静息心率每升高10次·min-1,血脂异常的发生风险随之增加9%(OR=1.09, 95%CI:1.06~1.13);相比于静息心率<60次·min-1,静息心率>100次·min-1时,血脂异常的发生风险随之增加29%(OR=1.29, 95%CI:1.03~1.62)。交互作用分析显示,目前吸烟、饮酒人群的静息心率对血脂异常发生风险作用更强(交互作用均P<0.05)。结论:静息心率与血脂异常的发生风险呈正相关,且在目前吸烟、饮酒人群中正相关性更强。

Objective: To investigate the association between resting heart rate and dyslipidemia in middle-aged and elderly population in Donghai County, and provide evidence-based references for early prevention and management of dyslipidemia. Methods: Permanent residents aged 35-75 years living in Donghai County, Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2023 were enrolled and subjected to questionnaire surveys, physical examinations and biochemical tests. Multivariable Logistic regression models were adopted to assess the association between resting heart rate and dyslipidemia. Results: The incidence rate of dyslipidemia was 28.1%. Multivariable Logistic regression analysis showed that for every 10 increase in resting heart rate per minute, the risk of dyslipidemia increased by 9%(OR=1.09, 95%CI: 1.06-1.13), and compared to resting heart rate<60 beats per minute population to those with resting heart rate>100 beats per minute, the risk of dyslipidemia increased by 29%(OR=1.29, 95%CI: 1.03-1.62). Interaction analysis showed that the resting heart rate had a stronger impact on the risk of dyslipidemia in current smokers and drinkers(both P for interaction <0.05). Conclusion: Resting heart rate is positively correlated with the risk of dyslipidemia, and this positive correlation is stronger in current smokers and drinkers.
