血液灌流联合血浆置换对急性虫螨腈中毒救治病例分析

摘要：

虫螨腈是广泛应用于农业生产的一种新型广普杀虫剂,因毒性迟发、机制复杂、早期无特异性表现且无特效解毒剂导致死亡率极高。临床上早诊断、早重视和早治疗,对改善急性虫螨腈中毒预后尤为重要。本文作者分析3例急性虫螨腈中毒患者的临床特点及治疗经过,旨在提升临床医生对早期救治的重视程度和治疗能力,提高治愈率。

Chlorfenapyr is a novel broad-spectrum insecticide widely used in agricultural production. Its intoxication carries an extremely high mortality rate due to delayed toxic effects, complicated toxicological mechanisms, non-specific early clinical manifestations, and the lack of specific antidotes. Early diagnosis, close monitoring and timely intervention are critical to improving the prognosis of patients with acute chlorfenapyr poisoning. This paper analyzes the clinical characteristics and treatment courses of three patients with acute chlorfenapyr poisoning, aiming to raise clinicians' awareness and proficiency in the early management of this intoxication and further improve clinical cure rates.
